The Glass Test

Don’t judge a restaurant by tasting the food or ambience or how quick the service is. I suggest you perform the glass test. First, have a sip of water. Carefully observe the imprints of your lips, even dry, for that matter on the rim of the glass. Based on the resolution of the lip imprints, you know how good the restaurant is based on the following reasons- service quality, impeccable maintenance and attention to details

Oh and I forgot to mention, if you think a place with brass utensils is damn classy, think again. No matter how royal brass may seem, it takes lesser maintenance than glass. So, a kitsch restaurant might be making big money at the cost of your health!

  1. Why not?

“tasting the food or ambience (ambiance) or how quick the service is.”

Strange, why not. that to me, looks like a case where all the judging is happening using the last 1% needed to be a perfect place. I am assuming if things described in the first line are good, hygiene should be acceptable if not exemplary.
